Hey guys, I saw magnetic ion bracelets and necklaces in a website and other sports shops. I am really curious on how it really works. Anybody here has ever tried these accessories?

Personally, I do not use any magnetic bracelets. But I have read an article about it by Nikhil Joshi and it said:

"There is no evidence that magnetic bracelets cure diseases. So avoiding the intake of traditional medicines and depending completely on magnetic therapy would in fact decrease the chances of curing the ailment."

This is a good question because here in the Philippines, this is the latest craze (well, not really the latest but it's very popular indeed). While it has not been totally proven that magnetic bracelets can improve your game, it has not been disputed either.

The power of suggestion is indeed magnificent. Many people are claiming that wearing these accessories really help them overcome many ailments. There are those who claim that it has helped them improve their squash game.

But personally, I really don't know. I tried wearing one for a week and it didn't seem to work (maybe because the skeptic in me gave bad "vibes"? hehehe...)

Crystals, magnets, volcanic rocks, exotic minerals, and voodoo dolls... they're all the same to me... :)

if you need to detoxify, you don't actually need bracelets, you need a sauna. Go for the natural way.

I didn't know that they use this in squash. I agree with kynan_12. I go for the natural thing. A sauna, spa, and exercise can do.
